Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the MySmartPlan platform and services provided by SA Financial Planners (Pty) Ltd ("SAFP", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered users, and clients. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Financial Services Provider License

SA Financial Planners (Pty) Ltd is an Authorised Financial Services Provider, licensed by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) under license number FSP 42208. We operate in accordance with the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) Act and other applicable South African financial services legislation.

Use of Services

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAFP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
